REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All sales of our t-shirts are final. For any issues or a change of heart, email us within 15 days (by visiting the contact page) requesting a refund or exchange. If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box. Clothing should be in best condition for returns. We’ll split the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect, in which case the return is on the house.
PAYMENTS
Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal, which has a high level of security on all transactions. If you’re in Italy, you’ll notice a 22% sales tax charge at checkout. That’s because we’re located in the same state or country. Hey neighbor!
SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders ship from monday to friday via DHL Packet International Priority (or DHL Express if you choose it as an option), and should be delivered within 10 days. Send a message if you’d like tracking info, and place your order before December 15 for delivery by Christmas. Our shop will close on December 24 for a holiday break and reopen January 7.
